Product received is different from what was ordered.

Return Conditions
Product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Free gifts must be returned along with the product.
Returns may be rejected if product or accessories are missing or damaged.
Pickup & Refund Process
Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the product.
You will receive an acknowledgment at pickup — keep it for reference.
Replacement will be provided for eligible products. If replacement is not possible, refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days after successful inspection of the returned product.
